Is WARMsuite.com a waste broker?

No. WARMsuite.com is a cloud based software. Unlike a waste broker model, communication to haulers comes directly from the customer. We do not act as an authorized agent on your behalf. We do not negotiate contract terms and/or hauler rates on your behalf. We believe site, regional, and corporate representatives are more than capable of negotiating contracts with local haulers and the application provides accurate data and time saving measures to assist you in this process. WARMsuite.com was built by a group with extensive experience in the waste and recycling/waste broker industry.

Is WARMsuite.com a waste and recycling or sustainability consultant?

No. We like to think of our unique approach as one of coaching. The application, however, offers a high level of features like actionable data, user alerts, auto generated reports, EZ RFP builder and more. This is valuable to many stakeholders including ownership, operations, purchasing, AP, and sustainability. We have learned from many years in the solid waste industry that trash and recycling is local. The most reliable information may be obtained from your local haulers.

*Why do you charge a .2% payment facilitator fee?

There are two reasons for this facilitator fee. First, it cost money to enter the ACH network. Second, some invoices are more complicated/time consuming than others to transcribe into our software system. This generally correlates to the size of the invoice total. Please note that this is .2%, not 20%, e.g. $400 invoice X .002 = 80¢. If you choose not to use the AP portal, you may still take advantage of all WARMsuite.com features and will not be charged the facilitator fee.

Is there a human side to WARMsuite.com?
